How we correspond
We treat email as public-facing correspondence, not performance. Write clearly; we answer in plain language. We prefer specific questions and concrete context over vague anxiety—partly because precision is how serious work moves, and partly because vague fear often dissolves once the actual rule or deadline is named.
support@ethicalfutures.institute
Use this address for:
- Questions about admissions, tuition, fee waivers, or policies published on this site.
- Technical problems with the website or application form.
- Privacy requests described in our Privacy policy.
What to include
- A clear subject line (e.g. “Fall 2026 application question,” “Privacy request”).
- Your name and the email we should reply to, if different from the sender.
- Enough context that we can help without guessing (cohort, page link, error message if any).
Response time
We read mail regularly but do not guarantee same-day replies. During high-volume periods (around deadlines), allow several business days. Urgent deadline questions should be sent well before the published cutoff in Admissions.
What we do not do here
- Immigration legal advice — see International applicants.
- Confidential exercise content or scoring for assessments — see How we assess.
